Simply complete our online questionnaire. A pharmacist or independent prescriber will then review your answers before deciding whether treatment is appropriate. Treatment areas such as weight loss usually require extra ID and weight verification checks via a video consultation.
If treatment is not clinically appropriate, your order will not be supplied. Where appropriate, we'll explain our reasoning and may recommend speaking with your GP or another appropriate healthcare professional.
Yes. All orders are sent in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents.
Once approved, injectable treatments will be sent directly to you in special refrigerated packaging to keep them fresh and maintain integrity of the medication.
Unfortunately, medicines cannot usually be returned once they have left the pharmacy unless they are faulty, damaged or supplied in error.
