15.4 Cancellations before prescription receive account credit, not refunds.

15.5 Credits are non-transferable and can only be used on MedExpress.

15.6 If your order is Prescribed but not shipped, contact support for possible exceptions.

15.7 For order changes, contact support promptly—changes depend on order status and availability.

15.8 Monitor your order status and act if you want to cancel.

15.9 Subscriptions can be cancelled up to 48 hours before the next shipment; otherwise, they renew automatically.

To opt out of your medical data being used for NHS research and planning, contact customer support.

17.1 We match prices from select UK online pharmacies if:

The product is identical and in stock.

The competitor’s price is publicly advertised (no promotions).

Prices include delivery and prescription fees.

Competitor offers similar consultation and delivery.

Excludes wholesale-only providers.

Only one price match per order; no combined offers.

Claims must be made within 7 days of purchase with proof (screenshot and link).

17.2 Eligible competitors include Superdrug, Zava, Boots Online Doctor, Lloyds Pharmacy, Pharmacy2U, and others listed on the Site.

These Terms and referenced documents constitute the full agreement between you and Wizz Pharmacy, superseding all previous arrangements.
